Herat Tourist Attack

If the fatalities in Herat prove to be real and the reports correct, I expect the UK Foreign Office to advise UK nationals not to travel to Afghanistan. They will be making this announcement at about the same time as the the Ministry of Defence and Nato release their annual report on how well everything is going.
