Explosion in Laghman left 9 people including provincial council chief wounded | Ariana News:
Provincial governor’s spokesman, Sarhadi Zwak said, the incident took place after vehicle of the provincial council chief; Tawos Adil hit an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).
A bodyguard of Mr Adil lost his life in explosion and 9 others were wounded, he added.
