Pakistan forces enter Helmand, claims Afghan commander | Top Story | thenews.com.pk:
Abdul Rehman Sarai Jang, police commander of the Helmand province, told the foreign media that the Pakistan Army was trying to shift its Quetta Shura to Helmand to create unrest there. He alleged that Pakistan had decided to create disturbances in the province.
