Lukashenko urges to step up cooperation with Afghanistan: MINSK, 3 March (BelTA) – 

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko instructed to step up cooperation with Afghanistan. He set such a task when appointing Oleg Ivanov Ambassador to Tajikistan and concurrently to Afghanistan, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
