The mob was pretty good at money laundering. But these guys take the cake. The Mafia had strict rules that civilians were not to be involved. Not these guys. the mob did not pay taxes. These guys collect taxes to pay for their crimes. There used to be an honor among thieves. not any more. They are elected, and re-elected.
