Incidentally I went to see my Member of Parliament yesterday about the use of Scottish airports for the purpose of rendition and as staging posts for US Military in transit to Afghanistan and Iraq. I handed over a dossier and got a promise of raising the matter in the UK parliament. Not bad. I have also tabled a Freedom of Information request to the Ministry of Defence. Watch this space.
