"A spokesman for the provincial security commandment, Hazrat Hussain Mashriqwal, confirming the report said, Noor Agha Kamran died following an explosion on Saturday morning in Jalalabad city.
Mr. Mashriqwal further added that two security guards of Mr. Kamran were also injured following the blast."
