The three foreigners include an Indian national, a Malaysian, and a citizen of Macedonia, Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrtat Rahimi told RFE/RL on August 2.
The Kabul police chief's spokesman, Hashmat Stanekzia, said the bodies were left in Mussahi, a volatile area of the city.
