Police Chief Abdul Qayyom Baqizoy, told Pajhwok Afghan News, the blast happened at around 2:30opm in the Ajeram village. Fifteen civilians and seven Taliban had been killed in the bombing, he added.
Baqizoy said some people got injured in the blast and shifted to the hospital. He did not clarify the commiseration ceremony belonged to whom adding some Taliban member also participated in the event.
