Head of Parwan Ulema Council Killed in Madrasa Bombing | Ariana News:
The incident occurred around 07:40 a.m. in religious school of Charikar city, the capital of Parwan province after explosives placed inside the Madrasa went off.
A security source told Ariana News that Mawlavi Abdul Rahim Shah Hanafi head of Parwan Ulema Council was killed and five students were injured in the incident.
