ISIS Commander Gunned Down By Taliban Members:A security official of Farah said BNA reporter, the ISIS slain commander was in-charge of training suicide attackers.
Ajmal Zahed district governor of Gulistan told BNA, the ISIS commander named Abdul Razaq Mahdi, which was killed by armed Taliban in mountains of Gulistan district of Farah.
