Kabul police declare security measures for foreign citizens - Afghanistan TimesAfghanistan Times:
''We officially asked the guesthouses and foreign families to inform police when they want to move from one place to another and if they are concerned about any unpredicted threats,'' Ubaidi said.
Earlier, the Afghan journalists’ union had accused Kabul police of ordering foreign journalists not to walk in the city without bodyguards.
The journalists’ union termed the police measure against the Constitution and counted violation against access to information law.
“If police are concerned about threats against foreign citizens, we hope they seek other appropriate ways to keep security of the strangers” the union said.
