The established NATO routine in Afghanistan has kicked in as they try to spin a yarn about Taliban using the Medecins Sans Frontieres hospital to 'launch attacks'. Their time-honoured routine is bomb, deny, spin, lie, pretend to launch 'investigation' which is never heard of again.
