Foreign troops targeted in Kabul suicide attack:
Afghan broadcaster TOLOnews reported that the Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack, which was also near the Supreme Court building, a school and a mosque.
Kabir Amiri, the chief health official for Kabul hospitals, said 19 people, including four children and three women, were wounded, the Associated Press reported.
