MP Shukria Barakzai, Ghani Ally, Survives Assassination - 3 Dead
A suicide bomber on Sunday targeted a vehicle convoy of Afghan lawmakers that included a prominent female MP and women's rights advocate, Shukria Barakzai, killing three civilians and injuring 17 others, officials said.
