"A spokesman for the provincial security commandment, confirming the report said the a suicide bomber detonated his explosives after Afghan security forces opened fire on him.
Mr. Mashriqwal further added that the suicide bomber was looking to target a member of the Afghan parliament Farid Momand, but he was recognized by Afghan security forces before he manage to attack the lawmaker."
