ASADABAD (WNA): The Pakistani military has resumed shelling Afghan border regions, where the neighboring country’s army several rockets on parts of the eastern Kunar and Nuristan provinces, local official said.
The border Kamdish district of Nuristan and Dangam of Kunar left two women injured, when several missiles landed the mountainous sites.
Governor spokesman, Wasifullah Wasifi said that at least 14 artilleries shells slammed into Dangam district injuring two women and inflicting property losses.
Shelling by Pakistani army took place after the Afghan forces reportedly razed the border gate created bay Pak border troops and destroyed other military facilities along the controversial Durand Line in Afghan Goshta district of Nangarhar few days ago during which an Afghan policeman and six Pakistani soldiers were killed.
