More 'Isolated' Incidents

The Trench: "The reality is that the Taliban don't need to retake lost territory in the immediate future. In order to drive down American and European support during NATO's surge, the Taliban's leadership then launched a "spectacular" strategy that has successfully contributed to the war's downward trend in Western polls."
