This is laughable. The U.S. is heading for the "exit" sign and now they pull this. They are afraid that Afghanistan will align its self to Russia and China [SCO]. All this does is guarantee that we can sell Afghans more weapons, in return we keep bases. This is destined to fail. Afghanistan has NOTHING in common with NATO or anything else Western.
More chatter here that Shillary is positioning herself for 2016.
