Stratfor Hacking - Australians Kowtow To CIA

THE Australian Federal Police will assist US authorities if needed to investigate a widening hacking scandal that has engulfed hundreds of prominent Australians including politicians, businessmen and defence and security experts
The hacking of the customer database of international security intelligence service Stratfor is set to escalate following threats by the hackers to release as many as 2.7 million emails obtained from the firm's servers.

Millionaire politician Malcolm Turnbull, billionaire businessman David Smorgon and veteran journalist Sam Lipski are among more than 300 Australian subscribers to the US-based Stratfor who have had their credit card and other personal details published on the internet. Read more.
