US Army Vet Accused Army Of War Crimes

I don't think you have watched the whole clip, AK. The war crimes are what he and his buddies, by his own account, did in Iraq. He came back and killed his girlfriend later.
Since when is domestic violence a war crime? I am not saying that we should condone what the young vet did, but this is downright absurd.
