In September 2010, a total of 2,781 Afghan soldiers fled their posts. In September 2011 5,574 got wise and departed. Progress, according the the US Defence Department. The situation appears ripe for another White House 'Mission Accomplished' moment.
Hi, Tony.

ReplyDeleteThanks for this, Filo. I thought Blair had scraped the barrel-bottom right through to the ground. This article proves he is still working on it. Toe-curling. I will put this up on Wolves In the City and Tweet it too. It's going on the Guardian blog as well.
