Colin Powell On Cheney's 'Cheap Shots'

I refuse to read anything that either one of these Masters of War have to say.
Cheney is ---- well you know.
Powell was either complicit, or he was so stupid that he should not have been in that chair at the U.N. in the first place. His apologists say that he was duped. Impossible. A ten year old would have known better.

Yes. Powell is more culpable because he should have known better and had credibility beyond Cheney's scope.
