Quagmire In Libya - Short Film Report

There is a fear of Al-Qaeda influence. The New York Times’ John Burns tells Charlie Rose that sections of the current Libyan government may be part of the long-term plan.
“They’re talking about, again, let’s sit down with the government and work something out. But again, minus Gadhafi. That appears to be an un-negotiable standpoint with the rebel leaders and with the West.”
But choosing new leadership would only be a starting point. Regime change rarely solves all problems. And still the NATO bombs rain down. For what?
