American gullibility, in the aftermath of the Bush, Cheney, Rumsfelt era has seemingly survived undiminished, judging from the line taken by commentators, vox pop reactions and the MSM to the 'death' of OBL. A few, not many, questions ranging from whether it really was him, or whether funeral rites were performed according to Islamic custom sneaked into the dialogue but many overtly celebrated the event, and some vilify Pakistan’s assistance in this “closure” . A key question remaining like the elephant in the room is about the time taken in finding the Al-Qaeda leader, what with all the state-of-the-art reconnaissance hardware at the US’ disposal. With Saddam gone, now Osama, and a host of lapdog Arab leaders consigned to the scrap heap of history, the stage is set for a realignment of US foreign policy? Just ask the AIPAC boys. Obama is in their pockets and they know it. The world a safer place with OBL gone? Only a fool would subscribe to such a view. It will be safer when Israel and its 'tail wagging the dog' surrogates are reigned in. Don't hold your breath. Unless you're being waterboarded.
Excellent.
