Petraeus is now telling David Cameron that the US Special Forces killed Linda Norwood. They lied about it in the first instance as they always do. A Taliban explosives vest was the first story. Now that the family is demanding the truth,
Petraeus has confessed to Cameron. Why do NATO/ISAF never get anything right? They didn't even ask for permission from, or liase at all with the local Afghan officials who were trying to negotiate with the hostage-takers.
