Number of victims of blast in Afghanistan increased to 19: 
"19 people have died in a blast in Jalalabad. 20 have been injured. According to preliminary data the blast was made by a suicide bomber," reads the message.
The blast hit on the market on July 1 on the square of Pushtunistan, not far from the Governor's office.
