In reaction to the move, President Ashraf Ghani’s office said: “The decision hurts the feelings of Muslims around the world and threatens the Middle East peace process.”
In a statement, the Presidential Palace warned any unilateral move in this regard without participation of Palestine and a separate state solution would not lead to a positive outcome.
