"In neighbouring Nangarhar province, a government spokesman said a suicide bomber attacked an intelligence service office Sunday near the border with Pakistan, shooting and wounding a guard before detonating his explosives. Ahmad Zia Abdulzai, a spokesman for Nangarhar provincial governor, said two intelligence service officials were wounded and the building was damaged by the blast.
