PressTV - SIGAR slams US forces for money mismanagement in Afghanistan
The US Special Inspector General for Afghan Reconstruction (SIGAR) in a report has criticized the NATO and US troops regarding quote unquote
“unnecessary expenditure for the purchase of spare parts for the Afghan national army vehicles in 2012.” The report further adds that Combined Security Transition Command which orders spare parts for the Afghan National Army, ordered $138 million worth of parts it may not have needed.
