Partial 'Deal' In Afghanistan?

I never believed that Karzai was softening up the media with his recent NATO failure comments in advance of an agreement with Kerry. In truth, whatever Karzai and the White House agree, the Taliban and the tribal leaders in Afghanistan and Pakistan will decide the future. The future is not good for Karzai, other puppets or any foreign government in Afghanistan. The people of Afghanistan, poor and backward as their country is, take no shit from anyone. All history demonstrates this. I admire them, all factions, immensely.
