The Pentagon and their willing dupes at Fox/CNN/Reuters were spinning this a few days ago as a mission aborted so as not to 'endanger children.' They should try deploying that mentality in Afghanistan where they were killing children as recently as Saturday.
"On the beach, the residents were looking at items left by US forces. I saw a grey military bullet-proof jacket. There was also blood scattered on the ground. There were military boots on the ground which we suspect were those of the Americans."
