Australian forces killed Afghan boy and his father during night raid - Khaama Press (KP) | Afghan Online Newspaper: 
"The raid was carried out late in September in Tarinkot city and dead bodies of a young boy and his father were found after Australian forces opend fired through the roole while the entering the house, Australia’s Fairfax Media reported.
The six-year-old boy and his father had bullet wounds and were lying under a blanket in a bed. There were also evidence that the two civilians had recived medial attention.
This comes as Australian defense ministry earlier had confirmed that civilian casualties were feared during the operation and invetigations have been launched in this regard."
