Suicide Attackers on US Consulate in Herat were Pakistani

Pakistan suicide bombers attacked US consulate in Herat - Khaama Press (KP) | Afghan Online Newspaper:

"Provincial governor Syed Fazlullah Wahidi also insisted that the war in Afghanistan has exernal links, and a number of the foreign countries are trying to destabilize the country.
Mr. Wahidi confirmed that the identities of majority of the militants were recognized as Pakistani nationals, and Afghan militants were not involved in the attack. “I visited the US consulate in Herat and extended my condolences to those who suffered from the incident,” Mr. Wahidi quoted by Radio Free Europe (RFE) said."
