The announcement by the New York Times that NATO and Karzai have been negotiating with an impostor Taliban leader says it all really. One senior US Diplomat in Kabul said 'we gave him a lot of money'. Nice to see the US authorities, Karzai and NATO on the ball as usual.

    For some strange reason, the article made me laugh, especially the bit about the money, although it really shouldn't have.
