Afghan election frontrunner Abdullah Abdullah vows reconciliation with Karzai - Khaama Press (KP) | Afghan News Agency:

"Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, a frontrunner in Afghan presidential race has hinted that Karzai would remain at the heart of the affairs of Afghanistan and serve a role in politics.
Abdullah accused Karzai of stealing the vote following the 2009 poll which was widely discredited as massively fraudulent by the interntional community.
However, he has vowed that he would not pursue “vengeance” against the man he calims stole the last election.
While speaking during an interview with AFP, Abdullah said, “The president of Afghanistan will have a role in the future. I’m not talking about an administrative role, I’m talking about a role in the politics of the country, a role at the national level, and he has served the country for the past 13 years.”
Abdullah further added, “So that is something that is natural. What shape that role will take will depend on his decision.”"
